4 green onions, diced
1 cup fresh parsley, diced
1/8 cup fresh mint, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 red pepper, diced

Cook couscous according to package. Toss with veggies and
spices then toss with dressing and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
