INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs red potatoes
¾ cup italian dressing
1 tablespoon fresh dill
½ teaspoon salt
¼ cup chives
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped (optional)

Cook potatoes until soft but firm. Combine remaining ingredients and mix with warm potatoes. Refrigerate or serve warm.
