CHICKEN CHIMICHANGAS

serves 8
recommended sides: rice, beans, salad, roasted veggies, sour cream, salsa, diced avocado, diced tomato
INGREDIENTS:
1 pack of flour or corn tortillas
4 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
2 cans of refried beans
2 8oz cans diced green chilies
2 tablespoons minced garlic
seasonings to taste: cumin, garlic salt, oregano
2 cups cheddar cheese
Mix cooked chicken with other ingredients.  Place in tortillas. Fry in hot oil on both sides.
You can bake these in the oven for 15 mins at 350 degress while preparing garnishes. 

Freezer Meal: Wrap individually with plastic wrap and store in zip lock bag.  Day of use, thaw for 30-60 minutes. Fry in hot oil, or bake, and serve.
