recommended sides: tortilla chips, rice, beans, diced tomatoes, guacamole, sour cream, salsaINGREDIENTS:1 package of corn or flour tortillas1 tablespoon butter
½ chopped onion
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 4 oz can green chilies
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
2 cups cheddar cheese
½ cup milk
1 cup sour cream
In a sauce pan combine cooked chicken, garlic, onion, green chilies and cream of chicken soup. Once it starts to bubble add the milk and sour cream. Remove from heat and spread in in tortillas, topping with the cheese before rolling. Pour any remaining sauce over the top, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins.
Freezer Meal: Thaw 30 for minutes and bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 min.
