additional vegetables as desired: mushrooms, baby corn, zucchini, cooked squash in cubes¼ cup soy sauce

Cook chicken in soy sauce, ginger and garlic. Add veggies and cook (If freezing don’t cook bell peppers add uncooked they will cook when reheating). Add a little bit more of ginger and soy sauce before serving.
Freezer Meal: Let cool and place in plastic zip lock bag then freeze. Day of use let thaw and reheat in pan or microwave.
