INGREDIENTS:
6 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
2 broccoli, crowns cooked and pieced
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup mayo
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
2 teaspoons curry powder (optional)
3 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 - 3/4 cup milk, enough to make a sauce
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
Place cooked broccoli in a glass casserole dish. Cover with chicken pieces. Mix soup, mayo, 1 cup of cheese, curry powder, lemon juice & enough milk to make a creamy sauce. Pour over chicken & broccoli, sprinkle with bread crumbs and remaining cheese. Bake at 375 degrees until browned & bubbly, about 20-30 minutes.
