8 chicken breasts

2 sticks melted butter
8 slices
of white cheese (such as white American, Swiss or Mozzerella)
2 cans
of cream of chicken soup mixed with two cans of water
1 bag pepperidge
farms stuffing cubes, any flavor
Place
chicken breasts in a casserole dish and pour the chicken soup and water
over. Top with cheese. Mix the stuffing with the melted butter and
arrange to cover the chicken, cheese and sauce.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Lay a sheet of foil over the top to prevent too much browning of the stuffing. Bake 25 additional minutes.
